Turkish TV series have achieved a historic success in Italy, one of Europe's most competitive television markets.

TIMSBI Productions, with two of its series Deception (Tradimento) and Valley of Hearts (La Notte nel Cuore) entered the top 10 most-watched prime-time programs in Italy between May 23–28, 2025.

Deception, which aired on Friday, May 23, became Italy's 5th most-watched program, drawing 2.31 million viewers and achieving a 14.94% viewing share. Valley of Hearts, which premiered on Sunday, May 25, made a strong debut with 1.92 million viewers (12.54%). Its second episode, broadcast on June 1, claimed the prime-time lead with 2.04 million viewers and a 15.7% viewing share.

Both series are broadcast on Canale 5, one of Italy's leading national channels. This success, which has boosted the channel's ratings, once again highlights the impact of Turkish dramas in Europe. The international distribution of the productions is handled by Inter Medya, which previously achieved great success with Bitter Lands (Bir Zamanlar Çukurova).

Valley of Hearts has already been licensed to more than 30 countries. Meanwhile, Deception continues its international sales journey with its strong rating performance.
